The Tondreau Cottage is new! The original cottage built in the 1940's by Adjutor E. Tondreau was completely replaced in 1996 with a new, modern cottage, owned by David L. Tondreau, Jr. and Linda Cordovana of Vienna, VA was built by David Gosselin, Builder (Bath, Maine) and decorated by Cathie Dittrich Interiors (Cincinatti, Ohio).
